Hello user, my name is Asher and when I started on my web development path it was for many reasons but among then was because there was a non-profit that I was in that needed a web presence. At the time I was still learning for my computer and information system AAS and decided to help the non-profit by taking some web development classes. Since then my want to learn more about how websites are built grew and eventully I ended up taking more and more classes on the subject both because I wanted to help others and because I found enjoyment in building sites that could serve different purposes and learning more about how a website functions.

I want to learn more about web development and eventully use my aquired skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and more to build sites that are on the same level of visual quality, style, and ease-of-use of big name sites like Youtube, Spotify, or even X (twitter). I believe that a site above all else, is supposed to let others know about the existance of something, so making a site that is easy to use, stylish, and has high visual quality will make it so other people will become aware of whatever the purpose of the site is through word-of-mouth or even social media. I also believe that the best thing that a website can be made to acknowledge is a good cause that helps more people.

Now with me nearing completion on my degree I know that when I'm done I'll know enough about building a website that I can help others build a presence online with a website of their own.
