Quick workout exercises to do for beginners

This niffty little table will show you a few exercises to do that can help ease into exercising. I will include both the activity and the distance/amount per session.


You can do this set however many times a day that you think is right for you, but starting with one set and increasing the number you do per day is a good idea.


(if you have already streched or warmed up from previous sets you don't need to do it again but it might still be a good idea)

Always start with for at least 15 min

Pushups

Start with 10, add 5 every week

Light jogging

Start 1/4 of a mile, add 1/4 every week

Burpees

Start with 5, increase by 1 every week

Jumping jacks

Start with 20, add 10 per week

Plank

Start with 30 seconds
add more time once you feel confident.
This one is one you have to set yourself
